Tojiro are a Japanese manufacturer of traditional damask steel knives from the heart of Japanese knife production, Seki. We carry two ranges of their knives:

Tojiro Senkou Knives - depending on the type of knife the blades have up to 63 layers produced by the Damask forged and folding process. Handles are larger than many other Japanese knives and consist of a combination of Micata and steel.
Tojiro Supreme Knives - forged and folded with 37 layers the Supreme knive have a modern ergonomic steel handle.
