Wusthof Ikon Knife Sets

The latest range of knives to be developed by Wusthof; they feature fully forged blades with a half bolster and ergonomic handles. The very attractive handles are finished in Mozambiquan Ebony which has been sourced from sustainable forests.

The blades are forged from a single billet of high carbon stainless steel, which is hand honed twice and laser checked for accuracy. Improved balance is provided by the addtion of a forged cap to the rear of the handle.

It is important to note that Wusthof Ikon knives must be washed by hand.
