Made by Minosharp, for use with Globla knives, this is a handy tool for anyone learning to sharpen Global knives on a wetstone. These guides clip on to the top of the knife blades and hold the knife at exactly the right angle. Recommended as a training guide only – as soon as you are confident in your technique – you should sharpen your knives without the guides.

Knife Sharpening – Advice
